                With a history of over 14 years of teaching art in various forms and to a multitude of individuals, I am offering a new and exciting class.  It is called “Painting with Heart”.   You don’t need any painting or drawing experience at all to be in the class.  This class is about manifesting the life your heart wants to live.

How do we do this concretely?  We will be sitting together in a circle, first taking time to ground ourselves and get calm, focused and centered.  Then, we will get in touch with what we would like to change or see improve in our lives.  We will then quickly draw and paint how that would look to us.  It doesn’t matter if it looks good or that it makes sense to other people.   What matters is that it is a physical representation of what is in your head.  I will be there to offer assistance with any intuitions that I receive and we will exchange feedback within the group, refining our visions. 

This is not art therapy, nor is it just randomly splashing paint on a canvas nor making a museum worthy piece of art.  There will most likely be fear to deal with, blocks and old beliefs that need to be uncovered and anything that is keeping us from living the life that we dream of.   I think that many people are yearning for a way to live that truly brings them satisfaction and happiness but don’t know how to get there, maybe even don’t know how to begin. 

Your religion, background, current job or living situation doesn’t matter.  This is open to anyone who wants a better life, even if you don’t know what that is now.  What matters is that you want to connect with your true self, the person you know you are inside and the life you know you want.  I’d love it if you would join me.
